If you are unsatisfied with your order and need to make an exchange please contact sales@berangeria.com with your order number in the subject line. We offer limited exchanges for articles that are unworn and in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are determined by the available stock at the time of your request. Please note that we do not process refunds for returned items (No exceptions). All shipping for exchange is at the customer’s cost.

Orders can take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information at checkout. We currently offer international shipping via DHL. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.Import fees vary by country, to get an estimate of the expected fees due in your region please reach out to your local DHL representative for the best possible estimate.

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 5 to 6 weeks to ship.
